Job Title: Manager, Donor Relations and Development
Job Requirements: 30 hours / week – with some evening work
Location: Hybrid - Office in Beaconsfield and work from home

We are looking for a collaborative, bilingual professional with strong fundraising and relationship-building skills who thrives in a dynamic, community-focused environment. With excellent organizational abilities and a strong donor-centric approach, you will help engage supporters and build meaningful partnerships that advance our mission.
Compensation: Targeted range of $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Competencies or Skills Required
• Experience with CRM systems (DonorPerfect) and Microsoft 365 or similar collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and processes and willingness to introduce new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with diverse audience and be able to manage multiple relationships
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a multitask environment.
• Able to work some evenings and weekends for special events
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
• Fully bilingual in both English and French (written and oral).
• University Diploma in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Ability to plan strategically and prioritize workload independently.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of donor information.
• Demonstrated experience in fundraising or relationship driven sales.
